What is a Token Resources Consultant?+

Someone who sits on the company's side and manages AI compute as a resource. The more you use AI, the more the tokens behind it become a real line item — and almost nobody owns that line. I do five things: selection (pick the few tools that actually fit your business, not the newest ones), workflow design (embed AI into your specific process, not just hand you a tool), configuration tuning, compute budgeting, and data governance. This is the opposite of a vendor's Forward Deployed Engineer: an FDE's allegiance is to the vendor and the job is to install one product. A TRC's allegiance is to you, and the job is the whole compute budget, over time.

What can you help with, and how do we work together?+

Free: a written breakdown plus a link to the original for every episode, plus a set of open-source skills you can install into Claude Code with one npx command. Paid: 1-on-1 AI implementation consulting, and ongoing engagement as your AI coach or Token Resources Consultant. Add me on WeCom and describe your situation.

Claude Code 101 #1: The three must-install tools

The highest-engagement video on the account (4,508 likes / 6,416 saves). CLAUDE.md, ECC and HUD — what each one does and why installing all three gets you straight to work. The most common question in the comments is simply how to install them.

A dumpling shop turns AI into a skill

How a small independent business wraps a repetitive task into a distributable skill. The comments ask about the actual workflow and platform payments — viewers want to know whether a single shop can really run this.

Five kinds of business that actually make money on tokens

Claude Code 101 #5: Three model stacks, plus domestic models

Claude Code 101 #6: The three search tools

OpenCLI, Agent Reach and Any Search — what each does and how they combine. Only 5 likes, and that matters: within one series, content quality varies far more than the label does.

Video animation effects without editing — Remotion does it

Remotion produces animation programmatically, no manual editing. The 'capability, plan, memory, acceptance' framing here became the skeleton of the video production workflow.

Making money with AI products is not easy

The account's most recent video, returning commercialization to delivery capability. The hard part isn't the idea — it's whether anyone can build it, ship it and absorb the complexity.

The AI efficiency trap: the harder you push, the less you earn
